Hi, I’m Alison Cupples.
I’m a film production supervisor and coordinator with experience on features, commercials, and documentaries. My background in equipment rental gives me strong technical knowledge and close ties to the camera, lighting, and grip rental and manufacturing industries.
Throughout my career spanning 20 years, I have dedicated time to mentorship and community building - serving five years on the WIFVNE board and currently working as PERG’s Equitable Workforce Initiative (EWI) Coordinator.

• Coordinate with PERG Member rental houses (motion picture camera, and lighting + grip rental houses) across the United States on the administration and proper documentation for the grant program
• Develop training webinar series (PERG EWI Coffee Breaks) to increase the training opportunities for EWI Candidates and Rental house employees
• Connect with network of vendors, manufacturers, and technicians to participate and present in training seminars
• Record and maintain records of program metrics to measure success of program
